At LoveFamilyShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked.
Return and Refund Authorization:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Worn, washed, used, or altered products cannot be returned.
- Personalized or customized products, pre-orders, special promotions, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@lovefamilyshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will issue a return authorization number and provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Items returned without approval or prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Customized or Personalized Products:
Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged. We create these items specifically for you, and therefore cannot accept returns unless there is an issue with the product itself. Return Shipping Fees:
- If the item is defective or our error caused the return, there will be no charge for return shipping.
- If the return is voluntary, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective due to our mistake. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for a different size, color, or brand.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
